At first contact, we listen to understand your organization, priorities, and desired outcome. We then clarify which areas of expertise are required and where the assessment should begin.

02Which type of healthcare organizations do you work with?

We work with hospitals, hospital groups, medical centers, clinics, dental health organizations, physicians who manage their own practices, healthcare investors and other healthcare organizations.

03What should we do if we don't know which service we need?

You can use the "I'm Undecided / I Want Referral" option on the form. We evaluate your needs without restricting them to a single service title, and together we determine the right starting point.

04How is the project scope determined?

The scope takes shape after the organization’s current position, objectives, priorities, and required disciplines are assessed. Rather than applying the same template to every organization, we aim to create a practical engagement framework.

05Do you work with institutions outside Turkey?

Yes. In addition to our Izmir headquarters and business development office, we have a Miami health tourism and business partnerships office. International growth and cooperation needs are evaluated together with relevant expertise.
